When Frank & Zosia Piotrowski found out they were expecting their fifth child, they weren't worried about slowing them down at all. They figured the baby would just add to the fun of the family polka band. And that's just what he did. Simon Peter was born in May 2001, to this happy polka family. There was no doubt in "Pan" Franek's mind as to what instrument Simon was going to learn, the accordion was just waiting for him. Now, seven year's old, Simons' featured song is the Plynie Wisla Polka; not only does he shake the bellows, but he brings his vocal talents to the stage as well. Although stage freight at times still takes over, Simon is working hard at getting over his shyness. He will see that the polka tradition keeps going into new generations.
